Since 2009 Shaun has personally trained over 40, 000 professionals in the U.K. alone on his compassionate approach to facilitating LGBT+ inclusion in learning communities. Shaun has a 98% ‘outstanding’ grade from delegate feedback. Content can be tailored, with Shaun providing multi award-winning training and consultancy for teachers and other education professionals on diversity, inclusion and equality. Shaun’s approach supports the development of inclusive settings and curricula that promote equality and advance inclusion in order to raise achievement, tackle and prevent bullying and so called ‘banter’ and develop an inclusive whole school culture and ethos. Shaun specialises in work around inclusion related to LGBT+ identities, doing so in a highly intersectional manner, with the overall aim of making learning communities safer and more inclusive spaces for all stakeholders.
